Advokat Erik A. Øyen is a Norwegian lawyer specializing in ‘private international law’.  I basically do nothing else and have therefore developed a very good understanding of the issues that the ‘cross-border’ cases raise.

    My practice offers legal services to clients who have cases crossing borders – for example a foreigner with a tax issue in Norway or a foreign estate with assets in Norway – or a child illegally retained in Norway. These are only a few examples from my files; I have worked with a good number of other cases as well.

    My aim is to provide sound legal advice and services for a reasonable price. Fees per hour or fixed.
